Sushi display case Hoshizaki HNC-150BE-R-BH

The HNC-150BE-R-BH is a mid-length sushi case for counters whose right end faces a wall or a service point: the compressor and refrigeration unit are at the right-hand end and the 57-litre display opens to the left. At 1500 mm there is room for nigiri, rolls and whole fish fillets.

With no added lighting, this variant suits a counter lit by ceiling lights. Behind the glass is an ABS plastic and stainless-steel interior; the shell is glass, ABS and PVC plastic. The refrigeration unit uses R600a and needs 145 W; the case's cross-section is 345 × 270 mm.
