A long, lit display is the showcase of an open-kitchen sushi restaurant: the HNC-180BE-L-BLH is 1800 mm long, holds 72 litres, and its LED lighting keeps the colours of the fish clear in the evening. The refrigeration unit is at the left end, so the case suits a counter that meets a wall on the left.

Its low 270 mm profile hides neither the chef nor the work surface. Interior surfaces are glass, ABS plastic and stainless steel, exterior surfaces glass, ABS and PVC plastic. LED light plus the R600a cooling add up to 150 W; unpacked weight 42 kg.
