Sushi display case Hoshizaki HNC-180BE-L-BH

The 1800 mm HNC-180BE-L-BH is intended for a sushi counter with a wider selection; its 72-litre display holds a full day's range of fish and seafood. The left-hand unit leaves the right end of the case free, which works when the chef stands at the right part of the counter and the machinery can sit at the left edge.

This version has no lighting, so the counter needs good general light. The display area is glass, ABS plastic and stainless steel. Even at 1800 mm long, the electrical power stays at 150 W and the net weight is 42 kg – easy for two people to install.
