Call sales +372 5559 3678At 928 mm wide, the Everlasting Bakery Tab FB 92 is a worktop with a refrigerated compartment where biga is held until it is processed. It takes two 60 × 40 × 27 cm dough containers, or up to 20 kg of dough. As the counter is meant for holding rather than proving, it has no humidifier.
The door opens onto a pair of L-shaped stainless-steel runners and a plastic-coated wire shelf. The electronic control panel keeps a HACCP alarm log and raises alarms for temperature, power failure and a dirty condenser; working programmes are automatic or manual.
Defrost is automatic by electric heater. Dimensions 928 × 750 × 850 mm, net weight 99 kg. Refrigerating capacity 599 W, electrical power 320 W, R290 refrigerant, climate class 5, insulation 50 mm.
Besides the P version with worktop, there is an S version without worktop (810 mm) and an A version with worktop and splashback (950 mm).
