This counter has no humidifier. The refrigerated compartment takes four 60 × 40 × 27 cm dough containers, up to 40 kg of dough.
Behind each door are one pair of L-shaped stainless-steel runners and one plastic-coated wire shelf. The monoblock refrigeration unit feeds a ventilation channel under the worktop that spreads cold air evenly, and the external evaporator compartment leaves more room inside.
The control panel has automatic and manual programmes and a HACCP alarm log; defrost is automatic. Three versions are offered: S without a worktop (810 mm high), P with a worktop (850 mm) and A with worktop and splashback (950 mm). Dimensions 1456 × 750 × 850 mm, net weight 140 kg, insulation 50 mm.
