This free-standing Scotsman drinking-water cooler complies with USPH-S regulations and is meant for places where people drink straight from the fountain. The cabinet, base and internal metal parts are stainless steel.
The thermostat is within easy reach behind the front panel, which itself comes off easily for maintenance. Water and power entry points can be cut wherever the installation needs them. A high-efficiency tank and coil chill the water, and the condenser is air-cooled.
Output about 50 l of water per hour at 8–12 °C (32 °C ambient, 21 °C inlet water). Refrigerant R290, power 250 W, supply 230 V / 50 Hz. Cabinet dimensions are 400 × 330 × 1040 mm, with a weight of 33 kg unpacked and 36 kg packed.
