Ice cube maker Scotsman EXS 87

Supplying square ice for cocktails and drinks, the Scotsman EXS 87 is a compact machine from the EXS range. Its solid, crystal-clear Square Gourmet cubes weigh 24 g, and output is up to 48 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 30 kg at +32/+21 °C. The built-in bin holds 17 kg.

Very large air intakes help the machine keep its output in a hot room. An integrated drain pump makes a gravity drain unnecessary, the XSafe system sanitises the machine automatically, and the exterior is stainless steel. Air-cooled AS or water-cooled WS versions can be chosen.

The compact stainless-steel housing measures 575 × 485 × 853 mm and weighs 40 kg net (48 kg gross). The R290 refrigerant has a GWP of 3 and an ODP of 0. Supply 230 V / 50 Hz, rated power 470 W, electricity use 8 kWh per 24 h, AS water use 5 l/h.
