Modular ice cube maker Scotsman NW 607

The NW 607 gives restaurants, hotels and other high-volume users a 575 mm high module that can be stacked on another if needed. This Scotsman machine only makes ice and is installed on a separately ordered storage bin. It produces 10 g dice cubes, with H and L versions of the model for 6 g half-dice and 15 g large-dice ice.

The panels are T304 stainless steel, indicator lights give automatic alerts and the evaporator plate is quickly reached from the front. A cleaning cycle starts with one touch, and the footprint follows industry-standard dimensions. At +10 °C air and water output reaches 309 kg per 24 h, and 230 kg at +32/+21 °C.

The air-cooled machine uses 15.8 l of water an hour and 22.85 kWh of electricity a day; power 1050 W, refrigerant R290, supply 230 V / 50 Hz. The cabinet is 760 mm wide, 620 mm deep and 575 mm high and weighs 76 kg (89 kg gross).
