Modular ice cube maker Scotsman NXW 607

Intended for kitchens and bars with larger ice needs, the NXW 607 produces up to 290 kg of dice ice per day. The Scotsman modular head is installed on a separately ordered storage bin and can be ordered air- or water-cooled (AS or WS version). It uses natural R290 refrigerant (GWP 3, ODP 0), meets ENERGY STAR and LEED eligibility criteria, and large air intakes sustain output in hot surroundings.

The front panel is hinged, internal parts come out without tools and the cleaning cycle is automatic. XSafe sanitises continuously, and a delayed automatic start and remote support via the XWave app are included. The machine produces 290 kg per 24 h at +10 °C and 230 kg at +32/+21 °C; the cube is 10 g, with 6 g and 15 g available.

For the air-cooled AS version water use is 13 l/h, energy use 23 kWh per 24 h, power 990 W and supply 230 V / 50 Hz. Head dimensions 767 × 636 × 600 mm; weight 73 kg unpacked and 88 kg packed.
