Modular ice cube maker Scotsman NW 608

The NW 608 is a low, 575 mm high modular head that can be ordered air- or water-cooled (AS or WS version) and includes the XSafe sanitising system. This Scotsman modular head is installed on a separate storage bin and can also be stacked. It makes 10 g dice cubes, and 6 g half-dice and 15 g large-dice models are also offered.

T304 stainless-steel panels, automatic alert lights and a front-access evaporator simplify maintenance, and cleaning starts with one touch. XSafe runs automatically inside the machine around the clock to keep it clean. The machine produces 315 kg of ice per 24 h at +10 °C air and water and 230 kg at +32/+21 °C.

The AS version consumes 15.8 l/h of water and 36.5 kWh per 24 h, with an electrical power of 1600 W. It runs on R404A / R452A refrigerant and a 230 V / 50 Hz supply. The head is 760 × 620 × 575 mm and weighs 78 kg unpacked, 92 kg packed.
