Flake ice machine Scotsman AF 87

Sized for smaller kitchens, bars and food displays, the Scotsman AF 87 is a 535 mm wide self-contained flake ice machine. It produces up to 70 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, 68 kg at +21/+10 °C and 56 kg at +32/+21 °C, with ice collected in a built-in 25 kg bin.

It is available air-cooled (AS) or water-cooled (WS), the WS model producing 75 kg per 24 h. The XSafe automatic sanitising system is built into the machine, and the exterior is stainless steel. External dimensions 535 × 626 × 889 mm including legs, 797 mm high without legs.

Net weight 51 kg, refrigerant R290, supply 230 V / 50 Hz, rated power 275 W. Water use is 2 l/h for the AS model and 54 l/h for the WS model including the condenser.
