The compartment underneath takes 24 EN 60 × 40 trays or 24 dough containers of 60 × 40 × 7 cm, up to 40 kg of dough.
Products shaped on the worktop go straight in to prove, onto six pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners behind each door. Humidity is set between 55 and 95%, which requires a water connection. The electronic control panel works with automatic and manual programmes, and defrost is automatic.
