It holds −20…−10 °C and is cooled by a remote condensing unit, which is not supplied. The interior is built around EN 60 × 40 trays, with 4 pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners and 1 plastic-coated wire shelf per door.
A ventilation channel under the worktop keeps the airflow even, and the corrosion-protected evaporator defrosts automatically. The controller logs HACCP alarms; Wi-Fi remote management and an RS-485 port are optional. Refrigerant R452A, refrigerating capacity 687 W, electrical power 100 W, climate class 5, 50 mm insulation.
The P version with worktop (TCK11100000000) is 738 × 750 × 850 mm and weighs 87 kg net. The S version (TCK11000000000) without worktop stands 810 mm high, the A version (TCK11200000000) with splashback 950 mm.
