Narrow at 738 mm, the Everlasting Chocolate 73 REM is a chocolate storage counter whose worktop configuration is selected in the quotation. It runs on remote refrigeration: the condensing unit is installed separately and is not supplied, and a dedicated system inside the counter distributes air gently and evenly.
The compartment has four pairs of L-shaped stainless-steel runners and a plastic-coated wire shelf behind the door, and the interior also suits EN 60 × 40 trays. Temperature can be held within +10…+18 °C and humidity within 40–60%. The control panel has a HACCP alarm log and an energy-saving function; a UVC lamp and drawers 75 or 150 mm high are optional.
