Description

PREMIER KPS 42 SF is the remote version in Hoshizaki's KPS 42 blast chiller/freezer line: the condensing unit is installed separately and is not included. It is rated at 50 kg per chilling cycle and 25 kg per freezing cycle. The chamber holds up to ten trays, either GN 1/1 or 400 × 600 mm Euronorm (EN).

Cycles are controlled by an electronic controller with a multipoint core probe, and defrosting is automatic. The unit is R452A ready. Operating range −40…+45 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity).

Electrical connection 230 V / 60 Hz, power 370 W. The cabinet is 802 × 852 × 1632 mm and weighs 180 kg gross, 155 kg net.
