Blast chiller/freezer Hoshizaki PREMIER KPS 42 SGR

PREMIER KPS 42 SGR belongs to Hoshizaki's KPS 42 blast chiller/freezer line and is used to chill or freeze food quickly once it has been cooked. Each chilling cycle handles 50 kg, each freezing cycle 25 kg. A multipoint core probe linked to the electronic controller tracks product temperature, and defrosting runs automatically.

The chamber takes up to ten trays, GN 1/1 or 400 × 600 mm Euronorm (EN). The refrigeration unit is built in and uses the natural refrigerant R290. Dimensions 802 × 951 × 1632 mm, net weight 175 kg and gross weight 200 kg.

Supply 400 V 3N~ / 50 Hz, power 1800 W, noise level 64 dBA. Operating range −40…+45 °C, climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity).
