Call sales +372 5559 3678The Hoshizaki PREMIER KPS 42 SG (230V) is a blast chiller/freezer that runs on a 230 V / 50 Hz supply and brings cooked food down in temperature quickly. It handles 50 kg per chilling cycle and 25 kg per freezing cycle. Up to ten GN 1/1 or 400 × 600 mm (EN) trays fit in the chamber.
An electronic controller with a multipoint core probe runs the chilling and freezing cycles, and defrosting is automatic. The built-in refrigeration unit uses natural R290. Rated power 1800 W, operating range −40…+45 °C and climate class 5 (+40 °C, 40% relative humidity).
