Call sales +372 5559 3678Making compressed-flake pieces of about 1 g, the MFN 47 is a modular head installed on a separately ordered ice bin. Output is up to 269 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 208 kg at +32/+21 °C. An icebreaker made of a special alloy produces very dry ice, up to 92%.
The evaporator is stainless steel and the bearings are long-lasting stainless-steel ball bearings. Electronic control covers the main functions and safeties, with dual protection of drive shaft rotation speed. Water level and gear reducer sensors and an optical ice level sensor stop the machine when needed.
XSafe sanitises it automatically and continuously. Measuring 538 × 663 × 645 mm, the machine weighs 86 kg gross and 79 kg net. With R290 refrigerant and a 230 V / 50 Hz supply, it is rated at 1000 W, uses 22 kWh of electricity per 24 h and 9 l/h of water (+32/+21 °C).
