About this product

Description

The Everlasting VTR 5 is a 2530 mm long, 310 mm deep topping showcase, offered with a flat glass cover (P) or without glass (S). It takes a long row of GN 1/2, 1/4, 1/6 and 1/9 containers, which are ordered separately together with the stainless-steel supports.

Static cooling holds the ingredients at +2…+10 °C under the control of a touch-screen electronic panel with HACCP alarm. The body is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, insulated with high-density polyurethane and finished with rounded internal corners. It runs on a 230 V 50 Hz supply with 190 W electrical power and 270 W refrigerating capacity, using R290 refrigerant.

The showcase measures 2530 × 310 × 394 mm and weighs 78 kg gross, 68 kg net.
