Pizza topping showcase Everlasting VTR 8

Two metres long and 365 mm deep, the Everlasting VTR 8 holds a generous row of toppings, including in GN 2/3 containers. GN 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 and 1/9 containers can be used too; they come as optional accessories in various combinations, together with stainless-steel supports.

Every ingredient stays at +2…+10 °C with static cooling. The touch-screen electronic controller is simple to use and gives a HACCP alarm. The showcase is AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, insulated with high-density polyurethane and built with rounded internal corners.

The P version carries a flat glass cover, the S version none. Refrigerant R290; refrigerating capacity 270 W and electrical power 190 W on a 230 V 50 Hz supply. Dimensions 2000 × 365 × 394 mm, weighing 64 kg gross and 56 kg net.
