Sushi display case Hoshizaki HNC-210BE-L-BH

The longest HNC case, the 2100 mm HNC-210BE-L-BH, spans a large sushi counter and holds 87 litres of fish, rolls and seafood. The refrigeration unit is built into the left-hand end, suiting a counter whose left edge faces a wall, the till or the kitchen. The unlit version relies on good general lighting above the counter.

The display is built from glass, ABS plastic and stainless steel. The largest case in the range also has the highest power, 155 W, and weighs 47 kg – still modest for a length of 2100 mm.
