For a large sushi bar counter where the case doubles as the menu, the HNC-210BE-L-BLH offers 2100 mm of length, 87 litres of display and LED interior lighting that keeps the whole row evenly lit. The machinery is concentrated at the left end, leaving the centre and right end entirely for food.

The low, narrow 270 × 345 mm body keeps the view of the chef open. The interior is glass, ABS plastic and stainless steel, clad outside in glass, ABS and PVC plastic. Cooling and LED light for the whole 2100 mm display draw 155 W, with R600a as refrigerant.
