Sushi display case Hoshizaki HNC-210BE-R-BH

When a long sushi counter ends on the right at a wall or service door, the HNC-210BE-R-BH faces the right way: the unit is at the right-hand end and the 2100 mm, 87-litre display runs to the left from there. There is enough length to keep the full day's selection in one case.

It has no interior lighting, so it suits a well-lit counter. Inside are glass, ABS plastic and stainless steel; the shell is glass with ABS and PVC plastic. The refrigeration unit uses R600a and 155 W; the long case weighs 47 kg, or 68 kg packed.
