Call sales +372 5559 3678Producing up to 1000 kg of thin, dry scale ice per 24 h, the Scotsman MAR 128 SPLIT is designed for operations with a high ice demand where cooling comes from a remote condensing unit or a central low-temperature system. The refrigerant is R452A. It is a production head only, installed on a separately ordered storage bin.
The evaporator drum and scraper blade are AISI 304 stainless steel, the evaporator compartment is newly designed, and the food-grade plastic container is removable. Control is electromechanical, with a diagnostic system, electrical safety features and controlled drum rotation speed.
The machine also has a water supply sensor and a hermetic compressor. The 906 × 636 × 520 mm head weighs 95 kg net and 116 kg gross. It needs a three-phase 400 V / 50 Hz / 3N supply, and its own rated power, excluding the condensing unit, is 395 W.
The exterior is stainless steel.
