Call sales +372 5559 3678Designed for CO2 systems, the Scotsman MAR 129 SPLIT is a scale ice maker with a 1000 kg daily output: the head connects to a condensing unit or a central low-temperature system running on R744. It makes thin, sub-cooled, dry flakes of ice. The storage bin is ordered separately and the head is installed on top of it.
The evaporator drum and ice scraper blade are AISI 304 stainless steel, and the food-grade plastic container is removable for cleaning. Electromechanical control with a diagnostic system, electrical safety features and controlled drum rotation speed are part of the control system.
A water supply sensor, hermetic compressor and stainless-steel panels complete the specification. Width 906 mm, depth 636 mm and height 520 mm; net weight 95 kg, gross 116 kg. Three-phase 400 V / 50 Hz / 3N supply; the head alone draws 210 W, excluding the condensing unit.
