Call sales +372 5559 3678The Scotsman MAR 208 SPLIT is intended for food processing and large kitchens that use scale ice by the tonne. The head makes up to 1580 kg of thin, dry scale ice per 24 h and connects to a remote condensing unit or a central low-temperature system running on R452A.
The storage bin must be ordered separately. The evaporator drum and ice scraper blade are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the evaporator compartment is newly designed, and the food-grade plastic container is removable. It has electromechanical control, a diagnostic system, electrical safety features and controlled drum rotation speed, together with a water supply sensor and a hermetic compressor.
Head dimensions are 1326 × 676 × 520 mm, and it weighs 175 kg net (199 kg gross). On a 400 V / 50 Hz / 3N supply the head alone draws 395 W, excluding the condensing unit. Panels are stainless steel.
