Call sales +372 5559 3678The Scotsman MAR 306 is a modular scale ice maker with a remote condenser, producing up to 1980 kg of thin, sub-cooled flakes per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 1620 kg at +32/+21 °C. The machine is installed on a separately ordered storage bin. The evaporator drum and scraper blade are AISI 304 stainless steel, the evaporator compartment has been redesigned, and the food-grade plastic container is removable.
Electromechanical control comes with a diagnostic system, electrical safety features, controlled drum rotation speed, a water supply sensor and a hermetic compressor. The machine is 1296 mm wide, 676 mm deep and 1125 mm high and weighs 361 kg net, 383 kg gross.
Refrigerant R452A, supply 400 V / 50 Hz / 3N, rated power 8250 W and water use of 71 l/h (+32/+21 °C). The exterior is stainless steel.
