Ice cube maker Scotsman AC 107

For bars and restaurants serving drinks with Gourmet ice cubes, the Scotsman AC 107 is a self-contained ice maker with a built-in bin. The cubes have a truncated-cone shape, at 20 g (medium) or 39 g (large). Output is up to 53 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 43 kg at +32/+21 °C, with ice collected in a built-in 23 kg bin.

It comes in air-cooled (AS) or water-cooled (WS) versions, and the air-cooled model breathes from the front, so it can be installed under a counter. Control is electronic, the ON/OFF switch is on the front, and a flashing Clean Alert light signals when the filter needs cleaning.

The door closes onto anti-noise rubber pads. The stainless-steel cabinet is 531 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 930 mm high and weighs 47 kg net (53 kg gross). Refrigerant R290, supply 230 V / 50 Hz, rated power 580 W, electricity use 11 kWh per 24 h at +32/+21 °C.

Water use for the AS version is 5 l/h.
