Ice cube maker Scotsman EXS 107

Square cubes set Scotsman's EXS range apart: the EXS 107 makes solid, crystal-clear 24 g Square Gourmet cubes for cocktail bars and restaurants. Output is up to 56 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 39 kg at +32/+21 °C, and the built-in bin holds 18 kg. Very large air intakes help maintain output in hot rooms.

The machine has an integrated drain pump, so no gravity drain is needed, and the XSafe system sanitises it automatically. The exterior is stainless steel. Air-cooled AS and water-cooled WS versions are available.

The machine measures 575 × 485 × 951 mm and weighs 41 kg net (49 kg gross). Refrigerant R290 (GWP 3, ODP 0), supply 230 V / 50 Hz, rated power 680 W, electricity use 13 kWh per 24 h and water use of 8 l/h for the AS version (+32/+21 °C).
