Ice cube maker Scotsman EXG 107

The Scotsman EXG 107 is an ice cube maker for bars and restaurants from the EXG range, with an elegant black finish. It makes solid, crystal-clear 20 g Gourmet cubes: up to 55 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 46 kg at +32/+21 °C. The built-in bin holds 21 kg.

Front ventilation allows built-in installation, and an integrated drain pump removes the need for a gravity drain. The XSafe system sanitises the machine itself, internal parts come out for cleaning without tools, and start-up can be delayed automatically. Remote technical assistance is available through the free XWave app.

The model meets ENERGY STAR and LEED eligibility criteria, and its R290 refrigerant has a GWP of 3 and an ODP of 0. Both an air-cooled AS and a water-cooled WS model are offered. The black cabinet is 540 mm wide, 555 mm deep and 847 mm high, weighing 49 kg net and 56 kg gross.

Supply 230 V / 50 Hz, rated power 500 W, electricity use 9 kWh per 24 h and water use of 6 l/h for the AS version (+32/+21 °C).
