Ice cube maker Scotsman EC 107

The EC 107 belongs to Scotsman's EASY line, a simplified version of the AC machines. It makes truncated-cone Gourmet cubes of 20 g or 39 g: up to 53 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 43 kg at +32/+21 °C, collected in a built-in 23 kg bin. The PWD progressive water discharge pumps excess residual water up to 15 metres away.

XSafe, an integrated natural sanitising system, works automatically and continuously. Air-cooled AS and water-cooled WS versions are available, and the air-cooled model can go under a counter thanks to its front airflow. Control is electronic, with the switch on the front.

Measuring 531 × 600 × 930 mm in a stainless-steel finish, the machine weighs 50 kg net and 57 kg gross. Its R290 circuit runs on 230 V / 50 Hz with a rated power of 580 W, using 11 kWh of electricity per 24 h; water use for the AS version is 5 l/h.
