Ice cube maker Scotsman AC 127

For cocktail bars and restaurants with a higher daily demand for Gourmet ice, the Scotsman AC 127 makes up to 70 kg of cubes per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 52 kg at +32/+21 °C. Its built-in bin holds 39 kg, and the truncated-cone cubes come in medium (20 g) and large (39 g) sizes.

Air-cooled AS and water-cooled WS versions are available; on the air-cooled model the airflow is at the front, allowing undercounter installation. Control is electronic, and a Clean Alert light flashes when the filter is due for cleaning. The door closes onto anti-noise rubber pads, and the exterior is stainless steel.

The machine is 680 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 1009 mm high and weighs 52 kg net (62 kg gross). Refrigerant R290, supply 230 V / 50 Hz, rated power 650 W, electricity use 11 kWh per 24 h at +32/+21 °C. Water use for the AS version is 8 l/h.
