Ice cube maker Scotsman AC 177

From Scotsman's Gourmet range, the AC 177 is a self-contained machine making truncated-cone cubes in three sizes: small 8 g, medium 20 g and large 39 g. Output reaches 83 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 61 kg at +32/+21 °C, and the built-in bin stores 48 kg.

It is offered in air-cooled (AS) and water-cooled (WS) versions. The air-cooled model draws air from the front, so it can go under a counter. Features include electronic control, a flashing Clean Alert light that signals filter cleaning, and a door that closes quietly on rubber pads.

The exterior is stainless steel. Height 1079 mm, width 680 mm, depth 600 mm; net weight 59 kg, gross 68 kg. Running on R290 and a 230 V / 50 Hz supply, the machine is rated at 750 W and uses 13 kWh per 24 h (+32/+21 °C); the AS model uses 13 l/h of water.
