Ice cube maker Scotsman EC 127

From the simplified EASY line, the Scotsman EC 127 produces up to 70 kg of truncated-cone Gourmet cubes per 24 h at +10 °C air and water. Cubes weigh 20 g or 39 g, and the built-in bin holds 39 kg, making it a fit for restaurants and hotel bars. The PWD drain pump can move excess water up to 15 metres away, while XSafe sanitises the machine automatically and continuously.

The air-cooled AS version has front airflow for undercounter installation, and a water-cooled WS version is also available. Control is electronic. The machine is 680 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 1010 mm high, and weighs 55 kg net (65 kg gross).
