Ice cube maker Scotsman AC 57

A choice of three cube sizes sets the 386 mm wide Scotsman AC 57 apart: its truncated-cone Gourmet cubes weigh 8 g, 20 g or 39 g. Output is up to 33 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 25 kg at +32/+21 °C, and the built-in bin holds 11 kg. It comes air-cooled (AS) or water-cooled (WS), and the air-cooled version can go under a counter thanks to its front airflow.

There is electronic control, an ON/OFF switch on the front and a flashing Clean Alert light that signals when the filter needs cleaning. The door closes quietly onto rubber pads. Width 386 mm, depth 600 mm, height 695 mm; it weighs 36 kg net and 41 kg gross.

The exterior is stainless steel. Refrigerant R290, supply 230 V / 50 Hz, rated power 370 W, electricity use 7 kWh per 24 h (+32/+21 °C).
