Ice cube maker Scotsman EXS 167

The Scotsman EXS 167 is a higher-output machine from the EXS range, making solid, crystal-clear Square Gourmet cubes weighing 24 g. Output is up to 77 kg per 24 h at +10 °C air and water, or 55 kg at +32/+21 °C, and the built-in bin stores 30 kg. Very large air intakes keep output high even in hot surroundings.

Thanks to the integrated drain pump no gravity drain is needed, and XSafe sanitises the machine automatically. The finish is stainless steel. The machine is available in air-cooled AS and water-cooled WS versions.

Height 1026 mm, width 670 mm, depth 595 mm; weight 61 kg net and 71 kg gross. The machine is rated at 740 W and uses 15 kWh of electricity per 24 h on a 230 V / 50 Hz supply. Refrigerant R290 (GWP 3, ODP 0); water use for the AS version 8 l/h.
