Modular ice cube maker Scotsman MXG 638

Offered only with a remote condenser, the MXG 638 is a modular head that produces up to 360 kg of solid, crystal-clear Gourmet cubes per 24 h at +10 °C air and water. The truncated-cone cubes weigh 20 g or 39 g, and the bin is ordered separately. Electronic controls keep the ice consistent as the weather changes, and external indicator lights show the status.

The condenser air filter is reached from the front, and a light reminds staff to clean it. The XSafe system sanitises the machine automatically; the dimensions follow international standards. Only a remote-condenser version is offered, on a 400 V / 50 Hz / 3N supply with a rated power of 2800 W.
