Sushi display case Hoshizaki HNC-120BE-R-BH

This is the same 1200 mm case as the left-hand model but mirrored: on the HNC-120BE-R-BH the compressor and refrigeration unit sit at the right-hand end. The 42-litre display therefore opens to the left, and the case can stand at the right edge of a counter, for example next to a wall or the kitchen door.

The unlit version is meant for places where the counter is already well lit from above. Behind the glass walls the interior is ABS plastic and stainless steel, and the outside is clad in glass, ABS and PVC. The case draws only 140 W and runs on R600a; at 32 kg net it can be moved when the counter layout changes.
