Sushi display case Hoshizaki HNC-120BE-L-BLH

For a sushi bar that needs a short case in which fish and rolls stay clearly visible even in a dimly lit dining room, the HNC-120BE-L-BLH adds LED interior lighting to the 1200 mm format. Hoshizaki places the refrigeration unit at the left end, so the illuminated display runs from there to the right.

A left-hand unit makes sense when the left end of the counter faces the kitchen or a wall and the right end is in the guests' view. Interior surfaces are glass, ABS plastic and stainless steel, the shell glass with ABS and PVC plastic; the cooling uses R600a refrigerant.

Although 1200 mm long, the case is only 345 mm deep and 270 mm high and weighs 32 kg. The lit version draws 140 W of electrical power.
