Sushi display case Hoshizaki HNC-120BE-R-BLH

The HNC-120BE-R-BLH combines two choices: the short 1200 mm case and LED interior lighting that brings out the colours of nigiri and maki in an evening setting. The refrigeration unit sits at the right-hand end, so the case fits the left part of a counter or a spot where its right side is against a wall.

Only 345 mm deep and 270 mm high, the case fits a narrow counter and does not hide the chef. Inside, glass meets ABS plastic and stainless steel; outside, glass with ABS and PVC plastic. The LED lighting and R600a cooling together draw 140 W.
