Sushi display case Hoshizaki HNC-120BE-L-BH

The Hoshizaki HNC-120BE-L-BH is the shortest case in the range at 1200 mm, made for a compact sushi counter where the chef places finished pieces straight in front of guests. The compressor unit is built into the left-hand end, leaving the display area to the right – a good match for a counter whose left end meets a wall or faces away from guests.

There is no built-in lighting, so it suits a counter already lit by ceiling or spot lights. Under the glass the interior is ABS plastic and stainless steel. As the shortest case it is also the lightest, at 32 kg net and 140 W, easy to lift onto a counter and plug into an ordinary 220–240 V socket.
